First-degree Gentle Energy Touch (Level I)

 

      This is a basic twenty-one hour course that teaches the student the origin of Reiki healing, about its founder Dr. Mikao Usui and its history to present day.

• The student will learn how to call in for and channel the Divine energy.

• Each student is given four energy attunements.

• The attunements raise the body’s vibration in the upper Chakras and open the inner healing channel. This allows the student to channel Reiki energy, do Prana scanning and sweeping of the aura, and experience the energy flowing through their hands. This gives them the power to help themselves heal and to share it with others. There is usually a twenty-one day cleansing process that each student goes through.

• This can be a very personal experience for the new student. For most people, it is the beginning of a gentle and yet powerful process of improving health, well-being, self-awareness and lifestyle. Many see it as a major turning point in their lives.

• Step-by-step hand positions for treating the body for general and specific problems are shown and practiced.

•  Each student is taught proper procedures to follow before, during and after Reiki treatments and Prana techniques such as aura scanning and sweeping.

• Balancing the Chakras, grounding and closing the aura techniques will be learned and practiced.

• This level gives you a basic understanding of the Chakras (the body’s energy centers) and how to protect your aura using basic energy field protection techniques.

     At the completion of this level, you will be considered a Gentle Energy Touch practitioner on a non-professional level. As such, you will be able to do self-healing and treat friends and family without monetary reimbursement.

 

Second-degree Gentle Energy Touch (Level II)

 

      After completing First-degree Gentle Energy Touch, allow at least a minimum of one to three months to elapse before considering advancing to Second Degree. You want to give yourself enough time for the twenty-one day cleansing process to complete and any healing to take place resulting from the First-degree level.

 

       Learning Second-degree Gentle Energy Touch is an important step in your spiritual development when you want to achieve a higher level of learning and make your treatments become more meaningful. It is just as important that you do so at a time when you honestly feel you are ready. Do not rush into it. Many things are set in motion on all levels with Second-degree that effect the expansion of your intuition and healing ability.

 

     Second-degree Gentle Energy Touch is a twenty-one hour course that will teach different techniques for dealing with energy in non-physical dimensions. The student will be able to treat someone from a distance by sending light energy using a technique called “distant healing.” You will also learn “mental healing”, which enables you to contact the subconscious or the Higher Self to bring about healing in a patient via the spirit. Self-healing for the student, as well as distant healing, is also covered for mental and emotional issues such as not being able to sleep, nervous disorders, depression and addictions for example. 

 

     Students receive Second-degree attunements that may feel more powerful to them because their energy centers (Chakras) are now open to the healing energy. The Second-degree attunements further strengthen healing power and are directed toward the Third Eye (Sixth Chakra.) This stimulates and develops intuition. Understanding the deeper meaning of messages is enhanced. 

 

      At this level of training, the Gentle Energy Touch Master teaches you three confidential Reiki symbols with corresponding mantras that increase your energy and generate a higher light vibration within you. The symbols can be used when treating yourself or others. The use of these symbols carries great responsibility and should be kept confidential. 

 

     At this level of training you will learn additional Prana techniques such as advanced aura scanning and clearing as well as advanced energy clearing procedures will be taught.

 

     As with First-degree Gentle Energy Touch, there is a cleansing period as deep-rooted issues rise to the surface to be acknowledged, allowing healing to take place.

 

     After completing this level you will be considered a Certified Gentle Energy Touch Practitioner. You will be able to treat clients on the professional level and receive monetary reimbursement for your time.

 

Third-degree Gentle Energy Touch  Master/Teacher (Level III)

 

     Those who go on to Third-Degree Master/Teacher will have their energy and consciousness lifted to a far higher level than ever before. They make a major life commitment to practice and live Reiki and Prana healing and most will go on to teach it as well. These are people with a strong sense of commitment to give and receive healing. To them it is a calling, a need to be able to help others physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually in the pursuit of wellness. The Gentle Energy Touch Master/Teacher students begin training when they feel they have sufficient experience using First and Second-degree Reiki and Prana healing techniques. Some students wait months, while others wait years before beginning their quest for the Third-degree. Students will process many reactions brought on by Teacher training at this level as they begin to understand the deeper meaning of the healing process. This level requires spiritual maturity, dedication and responsibility on the part of the student.

 

     During this twenty-one hour course, students will learn about the Master symbols and mantras. They will receive an attunement with the symbols and learn how to perform attunements on others. The Gentle Energy Touch Master/Teacher student will practice and perfect all the symbols for use during a treatment or for the attunement process. At this time, students will be able to activate the higher vibration of the fourth Reiki symbol for personal growth and for use on others.

 

     The Master class reviews the Level I and Level II modules. Here the Master student learns how to teach a Gentle Energy Touch healing class.

 

     On the Master/Teacher level, energy healing affects all aspects of life. The Master attunement provides the opportunity for substantial growth on all levels as the student questions or replaces old thought and behavioral patterns with new ones. It opens up centers of power, increasing the ability to manifest directly from the spirit. The Master/Teacher student gains a higher level of awareness and comes to realize that healing is a journey, a path of self–mastery and that she/he is the master of her/his own life. The focus is on increasing spiritual understanding and awareness.
