     Barbara can help you with spiritual coaching and spiritual cleansing in person, or with her phone sessions. 

    Spiritual coaching, in combination with spiritual cleansing, can bring you clarity with any obstacles you need to overcome.  

What is Spiritual Cleansing?

     Spiritual cleansing removes negative energy that may have attached to your energy centers from other people or by your own thoughts.  By removing these energies your body will feel lighter and not weighted down.  You will think clearer and be able to deal with your challenges. 

What is Spiritual Coaching?

     Spiritual coaching can assist in clearing blockages and help overcome subconscious issues brought on by childhood and/or past or current situations.   

Prior to your session, Barbara will ask you questions based on challenges you are experiencing. Writing these down helps you understand where some of your challenges might be coming from. This allows you to face your problems and paves the way toward clearing and healing them.

     Writing down your feeling makes you aware of your challenges. It is sometimes difficult to face and acknowledge them, but until you are able to let them go is when you will be able to heal. Remember, the mind is a very powerful tool and our thoughts create our reality.

Gentle Energy Touch Workshop Description and Pricing

Gentle Energy Touch Level I Certification Workshop

 21 hour course, Friday night, Saturday & Sunday

Cost: $350.00

Level I:  This basic 21-hour course will guide and teach you the origin of Reiki healing, what Reiki is and how it works, and the five Reiki principles. The workshop provides an understanding of the body’s energy centers including the chakras and aura fields as well as basic energy protection techniques. Step-by-step hand positions for treating the body for general and specific problems are practiced for self, table and chair treatments. Procedures will be taught to follow before, during and after Reiki and/or Prana treatments. Basic techniques for Prana healing and balancing the chakras are learned. Four attunements are given to prepare the student to channel Reiki energy.  Exercises in meditation and developing psychic ability will be practiced.

     At the completion of this level, you will be a Gentle Energy Touch practitioner on a non-professional level. As such, you will be able to do self-healing and treat friends and family without monetary reimbursement.

Course includes meditation tape, healing music and training manual. Certification will be issued upon completion of workshop.

Gentle Energy Touch Level II Certification Workshop

 (Prerequisite Level I)

21 hour course, Friday night, Saturday & Sunday

Cost: $400.00

Level II:  (Between one and three month’s time should elapse before taking Level II to allow for self-healing to take place.)

     This 21 hour course builds on the skills learned in Level I. Additional Prana techniques are learned such as advanced energy clearing. “Distant healing” skills for treating clients who are at a different location and “mental healing” to bring about healing via the spirit are taught. Guidelines for treating specific physical ailments are learned for self-healing as well as for others. Specific meditations and techniques for energy field protection and creative visualization for chakra balancing are learned.  

     Two attunements are given to further strengthen the student’s channeling abilities. The description of three confidential symbols, including how to draw them, what they mean, and how to use them will be taught to further empower healing capabilities for specific situations.   

    After completing this level you will be a Certified Gentle Energy Touch Practitioner. You will be able to treat clients on the professional level and receive monetary reimbursement for your time.

     Course includes meditation tape, healing music and manual. Certification will be issued upon completion of workshop.

Gentle Energy Touch Master/Teacher Level Certification Workshop (Prerequisite Level I and Level II

3 month course (once a week)

Cost:  $850.00

Level III:  (At least 6 months time should elapse before taking Level III to allow sufficient time for perfection of skills and further self-healing.)

     This three month course builds on the skills learned in Levels I and II.  Those who go on to Third-Degree Master/Teacher will have their energy and consciousness lifted to a far higher level than ever before. They make a major life commitment to practice and live Reiki and Prana healing and most will go on to teach it as well. These are people with a strong sense of commitment to give and receive healing. To them it is a calling, a need to be able to help others physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually in the pursuit of wellness. The Gentle Energy Touch Master/Teacher students begin training when they feel they have sufficient experience using First and Second-degree Reiki and Prana healing techniques. Some students wait months, while others wait years before beginning their quest for the Third-degree. Students will process many reactions brought on by Teacher training at this level as they begin to understand the deeper meaning of the healing process. This level requires spiritual maturity, dedication and responsibility on the part of the student.

     During this three month course, students will learn about the Master symbols and mantras. They will receive an attunement with the symbols and learn how to perform attunements on others. The Gentle Energy Touch Master/Teacher student will practice and perfect all the symbols for use during a treatment or for the attunement process. At this time, students will be able to activate the higher vibration of the fourth Reiki symbol for personal growth and for use on others.

     The Master class reviews the Level I and Level II modules. Here the Master student learns how to teach a Gentle Energy Touch healing class. The Master/Teacher level teaches you additional Prana healing techniques. Color healing and balancing the chakras with the use of tuning folks are discussed and practiced. Additional creative visualization techniques for wellness, stress and pain management, etc. are learned as well as dealing with individual issues by using visualization to expand chakra understanding more in depth.

     The student will come to realize that healing is a journey; a path of self-mastery and that he or she is the master of their own life.

     After completing this level you will be a Certified Gentle Energy Touch Master/Teacher. Course includes meditation tapes, healing music and manual. Certification will be issued upon completion of workshop.
