About Barbara
Barbara E. Savin, Author of "Gentle Energy Touch, The Beginner's Guide to Energy Healing" and "Identifying the Energy Drainers in Your Life", Host "The Spiritual Warrior Coach Podcast, Reiki Master/Teacher, Energy Healing Specialist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Life Coach and Inspirational Speaker.
Her greatest passion has always been to help those who seek transformation in their personal and professional lives. She works with clients in areas that include: self-evaluation/personal growth, self-esteem, addiction, alcohol use, anxiety, sleep or insomnia, stress, communication skills, conflict resolution, team building, relationships and much more. Her clients range from 10 years old to over 70 years of age.
Barbara's goal is to identify the root cause that drains their energy from life preventing them from moving forward. Once the root cause is identified, they have the ability to begin a new journey with an open mind and heart. It's about empowerment and realizing their full potential and to reclaim a healthy lifestyle again. She create customized healing and hypnotherapy sessions based on their needs and provide a supportive and confidential environment for consultations.
She has devoted her life and career to helping others heal. Barbara's grandma was a healer and was her first teacher! She teaches energy healing, energy protection workshops, meditation and healing circles, gratitude and appreciation workshops and much more.
In 2007, Barbara was hired as a consultant at California Health & Longevity Institute, located on-site at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village, CA and held the position of Clinical Hypnotherapist and Energy Healing Specialist at CHLI. Barbara provided energy healing sessions, clinical and medical hypnosis for individuals, corporations, groups, celebrities, directors, producers, and guests of R4.0 of The Ranch at Live Oak/ Malibu and at Dr. Sharon Norling’s Mind Body Spirit Center in Westlake Village, California.
Unfortunately, due to Covid, California Health & Longevity Institute went out of business. Barbara opened a practice located at Corsa Avenue, in Westlake Village, California and sees clients there.

Barbara has provided natural healing and/or hypnotherapy for self-empowerment at Island Women’s Medical Center with Dr. Harriet Stathakos, Dr. Lucia Colletti, and psychologist Janice Earl; Beacon Wellness Center, The Body Sanctuary; Body Mind Spirit Center with Dr. Sharon Norling; Panacea, which is an integrative treatment center; California Health & Longevity Institute, Four Seasons Hotels, WellPoint and Farmers Insurance, Merrill Lynch, PriceWaterHouse Cooper, Tri-West, Dole lunch and learn, and The Open Center located in New York City and many other companies.
Barbara worked at the California Health & Longevity Institute located in the Four Seasons Hotel in Westlake Village, CA for over 11 years. Barbara was the first to bring energy healing and hypnosis to the Institute.
Barbara resigned from California Health & Longevity Institute in 2018 to open her own center Motivate Your Life located at 5703 Corsa Avenue, Westlake Village, CA 91362.
Philanthropic Contributions
Barbara has provided Reiki healing and hypnotherapy for the Staten Island AIDS Task Force, Dr. Richard Bailey Seton Hospital AIDS Division, St. Vincent’s Catholic Medical Hospital, St. Peters High School, Mt. Manresa Wellness Retreat, La Tourette Golf Course, Dolphin and Nautilus gyms, and Relax on Cloud Nine Wellness Spa at the Hilton Hotel in New York City and for cancer societies.
After the disaster in New York City on September 11, 2001, Barbara volunteered healing sessions for firefighters and other survivors of the World Trade Center tragedy.
Barbara has provided healing hypnotherapy sessions for various groups such as The Rotary Club, Professional Business Women’s Clubs, St. Peter’s High School. She also volunteered for Ladies Who Launch with Vicky Rathje at the cancer fair, for Cancer Health Fairs with Shelley Kramer at Universal Marriott, and for Marsh Engle Envision Networking group.
Barbara appeared on several radio programs, including Healthylife.net’s Creative Health & Spirit show with Linda McKenzie, Peter Greenberg Worldwide Radio, The Marsh Engle Show on VoiceAmerica Business, KPFK radio with Christine Blosdale, and many others.
Training and Certification Programs
Barbara teaches a variety of courses related to Gentle Energy Touch, Energy Protection Techniques to help you reclaim your energy; Directing Your Energies for Positive Results with Affirmations; Mindful Meditation Living in the Moment and Appreciation and gratitude seminars.
She also provides individualized energy healing treatments, as well as clinical and medical hypnotherapy, visualization/meditation, spiritual enlightenment, and counseling. The courses are based on a holistic approach to promote healing of the body, mind, and spirit. The material can be incorporated at the professional level, but also used for self-awareness and self-healing.
